Vancouver, British Columbia – August 5, 2025 – Iconic Minerals Ltd. (the “Company” or “Iconic”) (TSX-V: ICM • OTCQB: ICMFF • FSE: YQG)  announces the termination of its investor relations agreement (the “Agreement”) (see News Release May 20, 2025) with Paradox Public Relations Inc. (the “Paradox”) due to the failure to provide documentation which was required pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange Investor Relations, Promotional and Marketing Activities disclosure policies, therefore, both parties have agreed to terminate the Agreement.

(“Company” or “Iconic”) (TSX-V: ICM • OTCQB: ICMFF • FSE: YQG) announces that it has terminated the property option agreement which was formed on May 3, 2024 (the “Option Agreement“) with Gold Basin Resources Corporation (TSXV: GXX; OTCQB: GXXFF), whereby Gold Basin had the option to acquire from Iconic and Iconic’s wholly owned subsidiary a 50% interest in and to the New Pass gold property.

(“Company” or “Iconic“) (TSX-V: ICM • OTCQB: ICMFF • FSE: YQG) announces that, subject to applicable shareholder and TSX Venture Exchange approvals, the board of directors of the Company has approved the amendment of an aggregate of 8,000,000 incentive stock options (the “Amended Options”) previously granted to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company under the Company’s 2014 stock option plan (the “Option Amendments”).
