Iconic Minerals Ltd. is a mineral exploration company focused exclusively on Nevada, one of the world’s most attractive mining jurisdictions.

The Company’s exploration strategy targets gold systems with characteristics similar to successful Carlin-type deposits that have supported decades of profitable mining across the state.

Iconic’s portfolio is anchored by the New Pass Gold Property, a near-surface oxide gold system with a defined historical resource and significant exploration potential.

Complementing this asset is the Midas South Property, an exploration-stage project located along Nevada’s prolific Carlin Trend. Midas South provides additional discovery potential through structurally controlled high-grade gold targets similar to those found at nearby Midas and Ivanhoe mines.

Together, these projects provide the Company with exposure to both near-surface bulk-tonnage gold systems and deeper high-grade exploration opportunities.

President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

With more than 25 years of base and precious metals exploration experience across the U.S., Central America, South America, and Australia, Richard brings a discovery-oriented, field-driven approach to advancing exploration programs. His work has involved practical field geology, geochemistry, and drilling, supported by modern GIS, geochemical, and geophysical methods. He is also President of MinQuest, Inc., and has held senior exploration and management roles with organizations including Homestake Mining Company, Superior Oil, and the U.S. Geological Survey. Richard holds an M.Sc. in Geology from Idaho State University and a B.Sc. in Geology from Montana State University.

Chief Financial Officer & Secretary

Bringing more than 30 years of accounting and financial management experience, Richard has served both public and private companies in oil and gas, resource exploration, engineering, and research sectors. His responsibilities include financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and corporate governance oversight.

With over 18 years of experience in corporate finance and development, Keturah has led mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, corporate structuring, and strategic planning initiatives across multiple industries including mining and energy.
